Food E-Card

Additionally, all campus students are informed that they should refer to the universitys office for food automation (adjacent to the shokran-e hall entrance) to activate their food e-cards and benefit from the amenities of the students cafeteria.

Book Token and Participation Fee in Conference

Campus students can benefit from book tokens, which are given to students days before the book exhibition, or participation fees at the conference, as per directives of the universitys vice chancellor for research. Students can inquire about them from the website of the vice chancellor for research.

Benefiting From Sport Amenities

Campus students can benefit from Tarbiat Modares Universitys sports complex by presenting their student identity cards.

Dissertation Fee

A budget of up to IRR20,000,000 is payable for Masters Dissertations as per regulations of the universitys vice chancellor for research & technology.

Participation in Domestic Conferences

Cities/Towns:
Registration fee + transportation fee by bus or train, and residence fee based on the housing considered for students by exhibition curator for conferences established 1200 kilometers from Tehran.

If the doctoral advisor agrees, they can fund the exhibition using their grant.

Authors Fee

Authors fee of students for publishing scientific/research papers in reputable journals

  • IRR1,700,000 for reputable foreign non-indexed journals (0.65 ISI score)
  • IRR1,700,000 for domestic scientific- research journals (0.65 score)
  • IRR2,500,000 for indexed journals (1 ISI score)

Students Loans for Ph.D. Students

Program tuition is received in 8 equal installments at the start of each semester. Under specific circumstances, tuition for each semester can be divided into two installments, and compensatory courses fee is also considered each semester if denoted by the vice chancellor for education.
The university is not liable to provide a dorm for campus students. However, the university can make the necessary arrangements with concerned authorities while observing university-approved fees/tariffs so that students can benefit from self-organized dorms and welfare, health care, and sanitary services.
Campus students can benefit from all educational, research, and sports amenities.
